Tarakhno Sergey

Deputy General Director

In 2004 he received a higher legal education. From 2010 to 2016, he headed the legal department of Kuban-Vino LLC. Joined the agricultural company team in 2016.<br>

Chursin Ivan

Deputy General Director for Agriculture

Chursin Ivan Aleksandrovich, born on November 27, 1991 in the village of Tamansky, Krasnodar Territory, Temryuk District.

In 2014, he received the degree of “Scientific Agronomist” and in the same year joined the team of the Yuzhnaya agricultural company. He started as an agronomist and winegrower, and in 2017 became the Chief Agronomist. Having worked as Chief Agronomist for more than 5 years, at the beginning of 2022, Ivan Chursin was appointed Deputy General Director for Agriculture of the Yuzhnaya agricultural firm. <br>

Ivan’s main task is the stable high quality of grapes, and the main goal is to reach the technological maximum of the enterprise, including the automation of vineyards.

Alexander Privedenets

Deputy General Director for Technical Support

Alexander received a higher engineering education in 2021 with a degree in “Management in Technical Systems.” In the same year, he headed the technical service of the agricultural company as technical director.<br>

Alexander is engaged in optimizing the business processes of the engineering service, automating the division’s cyclical tasks to increase labor productivity, and automating the planning of repair work for the chief power engineer’s service and the engineering department. Thanks to Alexander’s leadership, the Yuzhnoy technology park has the most modern specialized agricultural equipment, which has a huge impact on the quality of the harvest and the operation of the entire complex.

Prochukhan Denis

Deputy General Director for Commercial Issues

In 2010, Denis successfully completed his studies at the Don State Technical University as an Engineer-technologist. Having gained experience, the specialist joined the company in 2020 as a director in the structural unit "Commercial Department". In 2022, Denis was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Commercial Issues. <br>

Ivanko Svetlana

Deputy General Director for Controlling

In 2008, she graduated from the Kuban State University with a degree in Economics.<br>

She began her career in finance as a regular cashier in 1999, and after 9 years she took the position of Deputy General Director for Controlling. She joined the agricultural company's team in June 2017, and since then has been guarding the company's financial discipline.

Shamrai Nadezhda

Director of Legal Affairs

In 2008, she received a law degree, and three years later she joined the agrofirm team as deputy director for legal affairs. In 2013, she was appointed director for legal affairs.<br>

Boychev Maxim

Head of Production of the Vaccination Complex

Maxim Boychev began his career at Yuzhnoy Agrofirm on November 9, 2012 as a labor economist at FES 7. In April 2014, Maxim was transferred to FES 8 in the Nursery as a senior economist. Since September 2023, he has held the position of Head of Production of the Grafting Complex in the Nursery Administration, continuing to successfully apply his knowledge and experience for the benefit of the company.
