The multifunctional repair center is a facility that is unique in its capabilities, which embodied the experience, competence and knowledge of the specialists of the repair departments of the Yuzhnaya agricultural company, on the balance of which there are over 450 units of self-propelled tractors and motor vehicles.
After the decision was made to build a single technopark for the transport of the entire enterprise, we tried to implement all fresh and modern approaches both in construction and in equipping such facilities.
Technopark subdivisions:
- Repair shop - the main equipment repair room
- Engine shop - repair and running-in of engines and transport units
- Tool shop - issue and maintenance of expensive tools in a single place
- Tire workshop - replacement and repair of truck and tractor tires
- Turning shop - execution of the entire list of turning works
- Paint shop - final preparation and renewal of paintwork of transport
- Other auxiliary workshops
Special attention should be paid to the system of organization, management, automation and control of all processes of the Center for the Repair of Energy-Saving Agricultural Machinery.
This custom solution is written on the basis of the basic products of modern dealerships, the company's experience and vision of repair technology. The whole process is spelled out and is maintained by the system, as well as control over the efficiency of work in accordance with the prescribed standard hours of time and the nomenclature of operations. The role of each specialist is accompanied by monitoring the progress of the repair, analysis of the mistakes made and ways to eliminate them in the future. Each stage of assigning tasks and their execution is accompanied by a mark through the barcode scanner system.
All this allows us to say that this facility meets the highest requirements in the organization of repair work and will allow achieving high results in the quality and efficiency of equipment release to the line.
