Agrofirm Yuzhnaya donated a tractor to the Labinsk Agricultural College
The Labinsk Agricultural College replenished its fleet with a new Belarus tractor (MTZ-892), which was donated by Yuzhnaya agricultural firm, the largest viticulture enterprise in the Krasnodar Territory.
The agricultural machine will act not only as an educational exhibit for students to study the device, but also perform its direct functions in the experimental, scientific, production areas of the technical school. This will allow students to acquire more practical skills in cultivating the soil, cultivating, disking. Students are already being prepared for spring practice, where they will practice tractor driving techniques.
“The Labinsky Agrarian College and the agricultural firm Yuzhnaya are closely cooperating in organizing practical training for students. Industrial practice for students is an important component of the educational process, which allows them to navigate the labor market and find themselves in their future profession. And we, for our part, have a good opportunity to take a closer look at potential employees and attract young promising personnel to the enterprise,” said Alexander Privedenets, Deputy General Director for Technical Support of AF Yuzhnaya.
Last year, 30 students visited the technopark of Yuzhnaya agricultural firm. This year, 73 students are already preparing to accept, and more than 100 students are planned for 2024.
